I miss my Portland Winter Hawks dearly, but I've moved cross country now and have a new home team to root for: The Hershey Bears! It's a bit of a change to go from the WHL to the AHL, but an exciting one at that. I am of course torn between rooting for the Bears' parent team, the Washington Capitals, the de facto "home" team for Harrisburg, the Philadelphia Flyers, or the not so distant Pittsburg Penguins. I'm literally smack dab between three NHL teams. I went from having no choices nearby for NHL or even AHL home teams, to now having too many. My head might just explode. What can a girl do? =}
